I epoxied the seat profiles into three sections and I was just about to give them a quick sanding when I made a bad decison to adjust a setting on the belt sander while it was operating, got a finger caught between the "Very Coarse" grade sand paper and its protective guard, and then took an unscheduled trip to hospital while the wife passed out.

The outcome is that the naughty finger on my right hand is now 15mm shorter.
